1. Ordering & Payments

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a faster checkout experience.

  • Is my payment information secure? Yes, absolutely. Our store is built on a secure platform with SSL encryption to ensure that your personal and payment details are 100% protected.

  • Can I change or cancel my order? You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Please email us at kc@miamifilms.net immediately for any changes.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? For US orders, the total delivery time is usually 7–10 business days. This includes a 2–3 day handling period and 5–7 days for transit.

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to over 27 regions internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

  • Which carriers do you use? We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.

  • When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
